Sample piece made at Uni.

This was made playing with the princess pleating machine- a bit of a beast with around 25 needles that all need threading and break on you if you so much as look at it. The fabric ( lawn type cotton) had been previously treated with brusho watercolours. 

I also got these fabric labels this week - for future textile projects!

Got my business cards through the post the other day - very happy with them!

Just finished making little Christmas trees and stars to go into The Cloisters Gallery in Appleby. Quite proud of these and enjoyed making them. Not hard to do so nice to feel very productive! 

A bit of bling! Pear drop shaped hand made felt merino wool and silk - hand embroidered on Stirling Silver hooks. Really enjoyed making these and hope they go to a good home. These little beauts are going into The Cloisters Artisan shop in Appleby.

Having recently being inducted into the wonderful world of Instagram  - dragged kicking and screaming more like - I do like my comfort zones! (I know what I like and like what I know!) I realized that there is a bit of competiton of facebook with my business name, so I have made a small change - to Artfelt Designs UK. I hope this will make it a bit easier to find me on there :)
